About me: My career path and experiences
Having grown up in a village in Saxony, I had the opportunity to broaden my horizons for the first time as an Au Pair in the USA (near Chicago) for a year.
After completing my apprenticeship as an automotive saleswoman in Düsseldorf (North Rhine-Westphalia), my journey took me via Munich (Bavaria), Toronto (Canada), the Black Forest (Baden-Württemberg), Jerusalem (Israel), and California (USA), before finally returning to the heart of Chemnitz (Saxony).
In my various roles, I gained experience in the private sector, family businesses, the public sector, and in churches and missionary organizations.
My most formative experiences were as an executive assistant, where I was involved in a wide range of topics, acting as a coach, mentor and questioner.
I primarily chose newly created positions, which allowed me to further develop my pioneering spirit and my experience in building new roles.
This gave me a keen understanding of entrepreneurs and leaders.
Auch der Aufbau und die jahrelange Leitung einer Singlearbeit im christlichen Umfeld trainierten mein ganzheitliches Denken und den sensiblen Umgang mit Menschen.
Jede Auslandserfahrung erweiterte mein Verständnis und meine Wahrnehmung über die Verhaltens- und Denkweisen von Menschen und ihrer Hintergründe, nun auch Nationen- und Religionsübergreifend.
