About me

My name is Ramona Schaarschmidt.
I am a coach, a questioner, an encourager and a companion on your journey.

What guides me:

• I believe in honest conversations – without masks, without judgment.
• I believe that every person has a purpose.
• And that clarity arises when we become still enough to listen.
• I believe in God – not as a concept, but as my Heavenly Father and my counterpart, in Jesus, who gave His life for me and to whom my life now belongs, and in the Holy Spirit as God's love and power within me, which empowers me to do anything.
• I believe: He helps us, especially when we are at a loss, and gives us answers we would never have found ourselves, even though they have been there all along. His love for us makes everything possible.

For many years I was focused on the external world: organizing, functioning, searching.
I wanted to please—to avoid conflict, to avoid problems, to have everything under control. Until I felt: Something was missing. I didn't even know who I was or what my purpose was in this world.

This search didn't lead me away, but back. Back to my values. 
To the truth. To my Creator's thoughts about me. To my calling. To what I am allowed to share today.
